When I was a kid, I used to stop her coming to my training place to watch me diving, as I get embarrassed when she’s looking, especially when the coach is scolding me. But over the years, she always happy to travel far just to watch my competitions locally or internationally. Her presence always make me nervous and excited at the same time, because I want to perform better, and make her proud of me. She has taught me how to take care of myself better while away from home, and most importantly to be a good person inside out. Happy Mother’s Day to my strong-willed mom, thank you for passing it down to me.
